While Tom handled the hard work outdoors, Cindy kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, managing the books and becoming the friendly voice customers knew and loved. In 2012, their son Chris joined the team, working side by side with his father, learning the trade, and carrying on the family values that built the company.
